  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl take wheat flour and add coriander seed powder, boiled mashed peas, chopped green chilli, grated ginger, salt

  • Step 2

    Add enough water to knead it into a dough

  • Step 3

    Roll the dough into a paratha

  • Step 4

    On a tawa, add clarified butter and roast the paratha evenly on both the sides

  • Step 5

    Serve it hot
