  • 1.5 Tbsp Grated Fresh Coconut
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a heated pan add oil, chopped garlic and saute this for a minute

  • Step 2

    Add haldi, red chilly powder, diced banana and mix all ingredients well

  • Step 3

    Add water as required, salt and allow it to simmer for 23 minutes

  • Step 4

    Now add grated coconut, coriander leaves and cook well

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
