  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • As Required Water

  • Step 1

    Boil potato

Preparation

    In a mixing bowl add grated beetroot, chopped potato, wheat flour, coriander leaves, salt, haldi, chilly powder, mango powder and add water to knead the dough

  • Step 2

    Make a ball and roll into paratha

  • Step 3

    Take a pan ghee and roast the paratha both sides

  • Step 4

    Serve hot with curd
