  • 1 No. Raw Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Break an egg in a bowl, beat it and keep it aside

  • Step 2

    Heat a frying pan at a low flame and pour in milk

  • Step 3

    Once it starts to simmer, add sugar, vanilla extract, the beaten egg and mix well

  • Step 4

    Once slightly cooked, take it off the flame and transfer it to a tin mould

  • Step 5

    Place the mould in a double boiler and cover it

  • Step 6

    Garnish with chocolate sauce and strawberry and serve
