Ingredients

  • 3 Tsp Arrow Root Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Fresh Coconut
  • 1 Medium Potato
  • 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Sugar Powder
  • 2 Tsp Peanuts Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Cashewnut
  • 1/2 Tsp Raisin
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil medium potato and mash it

  • Step 1

    In a vessel, add grated fresh coconut, peanut powder, raisins, chopped cashew nut, powdered sugar, salt, green chili paste, lemon juice and mix it well

  • Step 2

    Add the mashed potato, arrowroot flour, jeera powder and mix it well

  • Step 3

    Flatten the mixture and fill the stuffing into it and roll

  • Step 4

    Coat with arrowroot powder

  • Step 5

    Heat oil in a pan and add kachori's into it

  • Step 6

    Fry the kachori until golden brown

  • Step 7

    Serve it hot
