Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Lotus Seeds (Makhana)
  • 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 4 no. Cashewnut
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat oil in non stick fry pan, add jeera, chopped green chilly, onion and capsicum, saute for a minute

  • Step 2

    Once it is slightly cooked add haldi, dry mango powder, salt and mix properly

  • Step 3

    To this mixture add red chilly powder, cashewnut, makhana and paneer cubes

  • Step 4

    Stir in water as required and let the vegetable cook for a while

  • Step 5

    Serve hot with chapati
