- 1 no. Cucumber
- 1 Tbsp Curd
- 3 Tbsp Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Kiwi
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Yellow Capsicum
- 2 Tsp Pomegranate
- 2 Tsp Chopped Mint (Pudina)
- 1/8 Tsp Black Salt
In a mixing bowl, add grated paneer, chopped yellow capsicum, kiwi, pomegranate, curd, black salt, chopped pudina and mix well
Cut cucumber into 2 halves vertically, scoop out the seeds and fill each half with the above mixture
Garnish with black til and pudina
Serve a healthy fun snack
