Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Paneer (Grated)
  • 1 Small Cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp Kiwi fruit, raw (Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Capsicum (Chopped)
  • 2 Tsp Pomegranate
  • 2 Tsp Pudina (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Curd
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Salt

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp grated paneer, 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped kiwi, 2 tsp pomegranate, 1 tbsp curd, 1/8 tsp black salt, 2 tsp chopped pudina and mix well.

  • Step 2

    Cut 1 small cucumber into 2 halves vertically, scoop out the seeds and fill each half with the above mixture.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with 1 tsp black til and pudina.

  • Step 4

    Serve a healthy fun snack.
