  • 1/4 Cup Bengal Gram Whole (Chana)
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion, Big
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil & grind bengal gram whole with turmeric powder

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take a mixing bowl to add previously ground bengal gram whole, chopped onion, coriander seed powder, giner garlic paste, green chilli paste, garam masala, salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix properly

  • Step 2

    Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, using your hand make cutlets of a desired shape and keep aside

  • Step 3

    Heat oil at a low flame in a frying pan

  • Step 4

    Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
