Ingredients

  • 1/8 Cup Boiled Sweet Corn
  • 2 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, boiled sweet corn, grated cheese, besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, haldi, salt and lightly mix

  • Step 2

    Once mixed, add a little water and form small balls

  • Step 3

    Take a kadhai and heat oil for frying, deep fry the fritters until it evenly turns golden brown in colour

  • Step 4

    Remove the fritters from oil and pat them with a paper towel to remove excess oil

  • Step 5

    Serve hot with chutney
