Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Rice
  • 2 Tsp Black Gram Dal (Urad)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak rice & urad dal for 5 hours

  • Step 2

    Blend and let the batter ferment overnight

  • Step 3

    After fermentation add salt

    Pour 2 ladle batter on tawa, spread it in round shape, add oil and roast well

    Serve hot
