  • 2 Tbsp Green Gram (Moong) Dal
  • 2 Tsp Rice
  • 1Tbsp Coriander (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water
For Coconut Chutney
  • 1/8 Tbsp Fresh Coconut (Chopped)
  • 1/8 Tbsp Bengal Gram (Chana) Dal
  • 1/8 Tsp Tamarind
  • 1/8 Tsp Green Chilli (Chopped)
  • 1/8 Grated Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Number Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Gram (Urad Dal)
  • 1/8 Tsp Mustard (Rai) Seeds
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soake moong dal, rice and grind with hing and salt

  • Step 2

    Grind all chutney ingredients to make coconut chutney

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat pan, pour a ladle of pesarattu dosa mix and spread evenly

  • Step 2

    Roast with oil on both the sides and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 3

    Serve hot with chutney
