  • 1 Tbsp Soya Chunks
  • 4 Tsp Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 No. Small Green Chilli
  • 1 Tsp Raisin
  • 1 No. Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Stick Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • As Required Water

    Soak soya chunks

    In a kadhai, heat ghee, add soya chunks, roasted peanuts, raisins, slit green chillies, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and saute well

  • Step 2

    Add boiled mashed potato, haldi, garam masala, diced papaya, salt, sugar and mix well

  • Step 3

    Add water and let it simmer
