Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour
  • 2 Tsp Rice Flour
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seed Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

For Dough
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add bengal gram flour, rice flour, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander seed powder, red chilly powder, and salt

  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients well and knead into a smooth dough

  • Step 3

    Transfer the dough into a steamer and steam it for 10 minutes

  • Step 4

    Cool the dough and cut into pieces

For Kothimbir Vadi
  • Step 1

    In a pan heat oil and put the pieces

  • Step 2

    Shallow fry the vadi until crispy

  • Step 3

    Tasty kothimbir vadi is ready to be served hot with an accompaniment of your choice
