  • 3 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1.5 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak and cook whole moong, chana and matki

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add rai, jeera, ginger garlic paste and saute

  • Step 2

    Next, add chopped onion, salt, haldi, jeera powder, red chilli powder, dhania powder, and lastly chopped tomato

  • Step 3

    Add water and mix all the ingredients well

  • Step 4

    Now, add mixed sprouts, garam masala and mix well

  • Step 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with pav
