This antioxidant-rich, dairy-free, lactose-free Thai curry recipe will tantalise your taste buds. This traditional non-vegetarian Asian curry makes a delicious main course for lunch or dinner. Chicken fried rice and chicken pulao are excellent accompaniments to this dish.

Ingredients

  • 100 Gm Chicken
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Thai Green Curry Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
  • 3 Florets Broccoli
  • 3 Number Basil Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, heat oil

  • Step 2

    Add fresh boneless chicken pieces and stir fry until cooked

  • Step 3

    For the sauce, first heat oil and add chopped garlic until it turns medium brown

  • Step 4

    Now add green thai curry paste

  • Step 5

    Add water after the paste sizzles and releases oil

  • Step 6

    Now add florets of broccoli, salt, black pepper and mix well

  • Step 7

    Next, add coconut milk and basil leaves and stir well

  • Step 8

    To this mix, add the stir fried chicken and mix all the ingredients well

  • Step 9

    Cover the pan with a lid to cook until the broth boils and the chicken is tender
