Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, add butter, chopped garlic, chopped onion, boiled and chopped broccoli, salt and water

  • Step 2

    Cover the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes, then add black pepper powder, mix and soup is ready to serve
