This low carb, high protein paneer recipe is sure to stimulate your tastebuds. This popular recipe is a perfect dinner and lunch main course dish. The recipe goes perfectly with roti, rice or paratha.

Ingredients

For Base Puree
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/8 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 2 Tsp Oil
For Curry
  • 6 Cubes Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
  • 1/8 Cup Chipped Green Capsicum
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

For Gravy
  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  • Step 2

    Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, chopped onion, chopped tomato, sauté and blend the mixture. Keep it aside

For Bhaji
  • Step 1

    Add oil in a heated pan

  • Step 2

    Add rai, jeera, paneer cubes and the blended mixture and saute well

  • Step 3

    Now add haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala and little water

  • Step 4

    Lastly, add chopped capsicum and water as required

  • Step 5

    Sprinkle salt and garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 6

    Mix well and serve
