  • 3.5 Tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 1.5 Tbsp Green Gram Dal (Moong Dal)
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder(Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Cook Moong Dal

Preparation

    In a bowl, add wheat flour, cooked moong dal, ginger, garlic, dhania powder, salt

  • Step 2

    Add water and knead a dough

  • Step 3

    Roll out dough using a rolling pin

  • Step 4

    Heat a pan, roast paratha on both the sides making sure it turns golden brown

  • Step 5

    Apply oil and serve with ketchup
