  • 1.5 Tbsp Rice
  • 1.5 Tsp Urad Dal
  • 1 Tbsp Paneer (Cubes)
  • 1 Tbsp Mozzarella (Grated)
  • 1 Tbsp Capsicum (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

  • Step 1

    Soak rice and urad dal for two hours, grind into smooth thick batter and ferment it overnight

    Heat oil on a pan, add chopped onion, chopped capsicum and saute it well

  • Step 2

    Add paneer cubes, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce,salt, saute well and keep it aside

  • Step 3

    Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread into a round shape

  • Step 4

    Roast it with butter

  • Step 5

    Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on the dosa

  • Step 6

    Fill in the paneer mixture, add grated mozzarella cheese over the dosa

  • Step 7

    Fold the dosa and serve it hot
