Ingredients

For Oats Falafel
  • 2 Tbsp Oats Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Boiled Sweet Potato
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
For Brown Rajma Soaked Overnight Cooked
  • 2.5 Tsp Brown Rajma
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak & boil brown rajma and mash it

  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, add the mashed rajma, boiled mashed sweet potato, oats flour, garlic paste, black pepper powder, dhania powder and salt

  • Step 2

    Mash and mix properly and add chopped onion

  • Step 3

    Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, shape the batter to make desirable sized cutlets

  • Step 4

    Heat oil on a low flame in a frying pan

  • Step 5

    Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
