- 2 Tbsp Soyabean Flour
- 1 Tbsp Jowar Flour
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Pumpkin
- 1 Tsp White Sesame Seeds (Til)
- 1/4 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1.5 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- As Required Water

Chop pumpkin and make puree

In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour, soyabean flour, jowar flour, pumpkin puree, white till, salt and ginger garlic paste

Mixing it properly with hand, add a little water
Step 3
Knead it into a dough and roll into paratha
Step 4
Coating it very lightly with whole wheat flour, flatten it and make it in a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin
Step 5
Heat a nonstick tawa on a low flame and roast the paratha on it
Step 6
Flip and spread ghee on the paratha
Step 7
Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well
Step 8
Serve hot with curd
