Ingredients

  • 1 Number Boiled Poultry Egg
  • 8 Cube Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
  • 3/4 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
  • 6 Number Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds (Dhania)
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Red Chilly
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 Number Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil egg

For Base Puree
  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, dhania, chopped red chilly, green chilli, diced onion, salt and saute well

  • Step 2

    Add diced tomato, water and allow the mixture to cook and blend

For Paneer Gravy
  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add paneer cubes, fry them and keep aside

  • Step 2

    Heat oil in pan, add jeera, bay leaf and mix well

  • Step 3

    Now add salt, dhania powder, haldi and water

  • Step 4

    Now add the fried paneer cubes , boiled egg, saute and cook well

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
