Ingredients

  • 40 Gm Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
  • 1.5 Tbsp Curd
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil

Method

For Marination
  • Step 1

    In a bowl add paneer sticks, curd, red chilly powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, haldi, black pepper powder and salt

  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients well

For Grilling Paneer
  • Step 1

    In a heated pan add oil and marinated paneer sticks

  • Step 2

    Now roast it evenly until well cooked

  • Step 3

    Yummy spicy grilled paneer is ready to serve hot
