Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tbsp Finger Millet Flour (Ragi)
  • 1 tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Almond
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Cashewnut
  • 3 tbsp Jaggery Powder
  • 2 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, add wheat flour, ragi flour and besan

  • Step 2

    Roast until brown and set aside

  • Step 3

    In a frying pan heat ghee, add chopped almond and cashew nut

  • Step 4

    Roast until golden brown and set aside

  • Step 5

    Take the roasted flour mixture in a mixing bowl, add jaggery powder and roasted nuts

  • Step 6

    Making sure all the ingredients are distributed evenly, mix properly using a spoon

  • Step 7

    Take a scoop in hand, make the ladoos and transfer to a serving platter

  • Step 8

    Serve or store in a air tight container
