  • 1/4 Cup Rice Flakes (Poha)
  • 3/4 Cup Soy Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6 No. Raisin
  • 2 Tsp Almond
  • 1 Tsp Cashewnut
  • 1/8 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 1 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat clarified butter in a pan

  • Step 2

    Add chopped cashewnut, chopped almond and roast well

  • Step 3

    Add flattened rice and roast

  • Step 4

    Now add soy milk and mix well

  • Step 5

    Then add sugar and bring it to a boil

  • Step 6

    Add raisins and green cardamom powder

  • Step 7

    Serve hot
