Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Spinach (Palak)
- 2.5 Tbsp Grated Beet Root
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Cream
- 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Butter
- As Required Water

Pre Preparation
Step 1
Blanch palak and make puree
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a frying pan at a low flame. Add chopped onion and sauté well
Step 2
Once the onions turn slightly translucent, add garlic paste and sauté
Step 3
When garlic turns slightly brown pour in the previously pureed palak and mix well
Step 4
Once the soup starts simmering add grated beetroot and stir it well
Step 5
Then add water, salt, black pepper and mix well
Step 6
Fold in cream and allow the soup to simmer for few more minutes
Step 7
Serve hot
Healthy Twist
For healthy glowing skin and improved Vitamin E levels, add a teaspoon of Sunflower seeds
