  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Pigeon Pea Dal (Tur Dal)
  • 1 No. Green Chilli
  • 1 No. Red Chilly
  • 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a jar add chopped onion, chopped fresh coconut, tur dal, jeera, rai, chopped ginger, hing, salt, red chilly & green chilli, oil, water

  • Step 2

    Grind it to a fine smooth texture

  • Step 3

    Onion chutney is ready to serve
