Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Cow Milk
  • 2 Tsp Custard Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a kadhai boil milk, when it starts boiling, add sugar and let it dissolve

  • Step 2

    Make a slurry of custard powder by adding water to it

  • Step 3

    Add the custard slurry to the milk stirring continuously to avoid lumps

  • Step 4

    When custard starts thickening switch off the heat and allow it to cool, once it comes to room temperature transfer to the fridge

  • Step 5

    Serve chilled
