Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, heat ghee

  • Step 2

    Add chopped banana, chopped walnuts, chopped pista, chopped almonds and raisins. Roast well till they turn aromatic

  • Step 3

    Pour soy milk, add sugar and green elaichi powder

  • Step 4

    Cover the lid and simmer for a min

  • Step 5

    Serve warm
