  • 1/2 Cup Boiled Potato
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Fresh Coconut
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 Tsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/8 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    To prepare the mixture, add grated fresh coconut and chopped palak into a bowl

  • Step 2

    Add green chilli paste, and grated ginger and salt

  • Step 3

    Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 4

    Mix all the ingredients well

  • Step 5

    Next, add boiled, mashed potato and cornflour into a mixing bowl

  • Step 6

    Knead into a smooth dough

  • Step 7

    Take a small portion of the dough and add the mixture

  • Step 8

    Shape carefully into rolls

  • Step 9

    Coat the rolls with bread crumbs

  • Step 10

    Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan and deep fry until golden brown

  • Step 11

    Spinach coconut rolls are ready to serve
