Ingredients

  • 2 Tsp Sweet Corn
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2.5 Tbsp Chopped Green Capsicum
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Green Chilly
  • 2 Tsp Grated Orange Carrot
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add grated cheese, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, sweet corn, garlic, ginger, green chilly, grated orange carrot, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, corn flour and mix the mixture well

  • Step 2

    Heat oil for frying

  • Step 3

    Put small balls of the mixture in oil and fry till golden brown
