- 2 Tbsp Semolina (Suji)
- 1 Tbsp Rice Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 2 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
For mixture In a bowl, add suji, rice flour, grated cucumber, chopped coriander leaves, kadi patta , salt, mix it well

Then add water, mix it again
For roasting Heat pan, add oil, pour mixture on it & spread, add oil on it, flip on another side & roast evenly
