Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak and cook 1 tbsp bengal gram whole

  • Step 2

    Add mint leaves, curd, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, cumin seeds, dry mango powder and salt and grind to make a mint chutney

  • Step 3

    Add chopped dates, jaggery powder, tamarind, red chilly powder, chaat masala, salt and water and grind to make a dates tamarind chutney

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan dry roast oats till light brown

  • Step 2

    In a bowl add cooked bengal gram whole, roasted oats, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, boiled chopped potato, lemon juice, black salt, black pepper powder, mint chutney, dates tamarind chutney, curd, chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 3

    Mix all ingredients gently

  • Step 4

    Garnish with cornflakes
