  • 1 cup Chopped Spinach (Palak)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Oil
  • As Required Water


  • Step 1

    Heat oil in a kadhai and add chopped onion, spinach and diced tomato

  • Step 2

    Saute all the ingredients well and add parsley, salt, pepper and mix well

  • Step 3

    Add water, stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 minutes

  • Step 4

    Blend into fine paste in a mixture

  • Step 5

    Serve hot and fresh
