This is an antioxidant rich, gluten free soup that you can slurp without guilt. It can be had for your lunch or dinner with your favourite sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Spinach (Palak)
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Cream
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Butter
  • As Required Water

    Blanch palak

    in a frying pan, melt butter at a low flame

  • Step 2

    Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, and saute well

  • Step 3

    Once the garlic and onions are slightly reduced add blanched spinach

  • Step 4

    Further, fold in cream and add salt and pour in a required amount of water, and blend to obtain a souplike consistency

  • Step 5

    Allow the soup to simmer, turn off the flame, transfer to a serving bowl

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
