- 1/4 Cup Boiled Mashed Potato
- 2 Tbsp Grated Papaya
- 2 Tbsp Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 Tsp Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/8 Tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- For Frying Oil

Boil and mash potato

Take mashed potato in a bowl, add grated green papaya, green chilli paste, grated garlic, chopped coriander leaves, salt, corn flour and mash well
Step 2
Take another bowl and add grated paneer, mixed herbs and mix it well
Step 3
Take a portion of potato mix and gently flatten it into your palms now fill in paneer mixture to it and fold and roll into round balls
Step 4
Coat the rolled balls with bread crumbs
Step 5
Heat oil for frying in a deep pan and fry the poppers till golden brown
Step 6
Serve hot
