  • 10 Slices Banana
  • 3 Tbsp Bengal Gram (Besan) Flour
  • 2 Tsp Jaggery Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
  • For Frying Oil
  • As Required Water

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, make a batter besan, green elaichi powder, jaggery powder, water to adjust consistency, mix well and avoid any lumps

  • Step 2

    Dip slices banana in prepared batter, make sure the banana slices are well coated in batter

  • Step 3

    Now, in a kadai, heat oil for deep frying, drop the banana slices in the heated oil

  • Step 4

    Flip and fry the bhajiyas from both sides until they are nicely cooked and crispy
