  • 1/4 Cup Diced Potato
  • 1/8 Cup Diced Onion
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Butter
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat butter in a frying pan at a low flame, add diced onion and sauté

  • Step 2

    Once the onions start turning translucent, add garlic, a little water along with diced potato, salt and black pepper

  • Step 3

    Cover allowing it to simmer

  • Step 4

    Once cooked, pour in a blender and blend until soup like consistency

  • Step 5

    Garnish with an onion slice and a coriander leaf

  • Step 6

    Serve hot and fresh
