- 3 Tbsp Chopped Orange Carrot
- 1 No. Basil Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Cream
- 1 Tsp Refined Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Butter
- As Required Water

Pre Preparation
Step 1
Pressure cook chopped tomato, chopped red carrot & blend into a puree

Mix maida in water

In a kadhai, add butter, wait till it melts.
Step 2
Add tomato, carrot puree, mix well and bring to a boil
Step 3
Now add salt, water & give it a quick mix and add basil leave, mixture & let it boil
Step 4
Crush pepper on top and allow to simmer
Step 5
To finish it off, add fresh cream, mix well
Step 6
Serve hot
