  • 1 Cup Lady's Finger (Bhindi)
  • 1/4 Cup Curd
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, heat oil, add chopped bhindi, red chilly powder, haldi, dhania powder and mix well

  • Step 2

    Cover the lid and cook

  • Step 3

    Keep the bhindi aside in a bowl

  • Step 4

    In another bowl add curd, salt, cooked bhindi and mix well

  • Step 5

    Garnish with pomegranate
