  • 2 Tbsp Rice
  • 1/8 Cup Diced Brinjal
  • 1/8 Cup Boiled Potato
  • 1.5 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 6 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Fresh Coconut
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Cook rice

    Heat oil in a kadai, add rai, kadi patta, hing, chopped onion, chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, garam masala, boiled potato, brinjal, salt and cook it

  • Step 2

    Add cooked rice

  • Step 3

    Saute the mixture well

  • Step 4

    Garnish with coconut and coriander leaves
