Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Maida
  • 3 Tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar Powder
  • 2 Tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp White Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, salted
  • As Required Water
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Maida
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take a mixing bowl, add butter, condensed milk, vanilla extract and whisk all ingredients well

  • Step 2

    Further, add sugar powder and whisk again

  • Step 3

    Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder together in the mixing bowl and pour little water into the mixture and fold the mixture well

  • Step 4

    Add vinegar and mix it gently

  • Step 5

    Grease a baking tin with oil and dust it with maida

  • Step 6

    Pour the batter into the tin making sure it is levelled, put it in the oven for baking at 180 degree celsius for 25 minutes

  • Step 7

    After 25 minutes, check with a toothpick if the cake is done and remove it gently and cool it completely

  • Step 8

    Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold

  • Step 9

    Drizzle chocolate sauce or spread whipped cream for the best flavours
