- 1/3 Cup Chopped Spinach (Palak)
- 3 Tbsp Chopped Carrot
- 1 Tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn
- 1.5 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 2 Tsp Cream
- 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Chopped Ginger
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a kadhai, add chopped ginger, garlic, tomato, diced onion and saute well
Step 2
Next, add chopped carrot, palak, sweet corn and saute again
Step 3
Add dhania powder, garam masala, salt and saute well again
Step 4
Add cream, sufficient water, close with a lid and cook
