Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Buckwheat
  • 2 Tbsp Black Gram Dal
  • 1/8 Cup Curd
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Pudina(Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli(Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Pomegranate
  • 1 Tsp Tamarind Pulp
  • 1 Tsp Jaggery
  • 1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak buckwheat and black gram Dal

  • Step 2

    Ferment overnight, blend with water and make smooth paste

  • Step 1

    Grease idli mould with oil

  • Step 2

    Pour idli batter in the idli mould

  • Step 3

    Steam till it is cooked

  • Step 4

    Cut idli into pieces

  • Step 5

    Spread curd on idli, then add jaggery, salt, sprinkle chaat masala, tamarind pulp, chopped pudina, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilly and pomegranate

  • Step 6

    Serve
