  • 1 No. Burger Bun
  • 1 Tbsp Quinoa
  • 2 Tbsp Boiled Potato
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Slices Onion
  • 2 Slices Tomato
  • 1 No. Lettuce
  • 2 Tsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Cook quinoa

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, take chopped onions, grated garlic, chopped broccoli, jeera powder, red chilly powder, cooked quinoa, salt and boiled and mashed potato and mix all the ingredients well

  • Step 2

    Shape a patty from the mashed mix and coat with bread crumbs

  • Step 3

    In a pan, heat oil and shallow fry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides

  • Step 4

    Slice open a medium sized burger bun, through the center

  • Step 5

    Apply tomato ketchup and mayonnaise

  • Step 6

    Next, place onion slices, tomato slices, lettuce leaf and the prepared patty

  • Step 7

    Cover the bun and serve
