Ingredients

  • 75 Gm Spaghetti
  • As Required Water
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Red Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Green Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Yellow Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Carrot
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet Corn
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Butter
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil Noodles and keep aside

For Soup
  • Step 1

    In a kadhai, melt butter, chopped onion, chopped red capsicum, chopped yellow capsicum, chopped green capsicum, chopped carrot, sweet corn and saute well

  • Step 2

    Once mixed, add red chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and mix again

  • Step 3

    Season it with black pepper , salt and little water and the cooked noodles and stir well

  • Step 4

    Serve hot in a soup bowl
