  • 1/2 cup Diced Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Diced Tofu
  • 1/4 cup Diced Potato
  • 1/8 cup Diced Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, add butter

  • Step 2

    When the butter melts, add mixed herbs, diced tofu and roast it well and keep aside

  • Step 3

    Take another pan and heat olive oil in it

  • Step 4

    Add diced onion, diced potato, diced carrot, salt, black pepper powder and mix well

  • Step 5

    Add water, cover and allow it to cook

  • Step 6

    Remove the mixture from the flame and add to a blender

  • Step 7

    Blend the mixture well and pour in a soup bowl

  • Step 8

    Garnish with roasted tofu and serve hot
