Ingredients

  • 1/2 Diced Cup Bottle Gourd
  • 1/2 Diced Cup Tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Butter, salted
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Melt butter in a frying pot at a low flame and add ginger garlic paste, diced tomato, bottle gourd and a little water to the pan and allow it to cook

  • Step 2

    Once the vegetables are softened and cooked, take off the flame and blend to obtain a souplike consistency

  • Step 3

    Put it back on the flame and add a little more water along with salt and black pepper powder

  • Step 4

    Cover and allow the soup to simmer, garnish with a mint leaf and serve hot
