  • 2 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, besan , wheat flour, chopped pudina, grated bottle gourd, grated ginger, salt, haldi

  • Step 2

    Add oil and knead the dough with water

  • Step 3

    Divide dough into equal size balls

  • Step 4

    Roll into paratha

  • Step 5

    Heat a pan and roast the paratha with ghee on both sides until done well

  • Step 6

    Serve with curd, raita or chutney
