Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Almond
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Cashewnut
  • 3 Tbsp Jaggery Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a pan, heat ghee when ghee melts, add chopped almond, chopped cashew nut, and roast till they turn golden brown and keep aside

  • Step 2

    In the same pan, melt ghee, roast wheat flour in the ghee until it turns brown

  • Step 3

    To this mixture, add jaggery powder, roasted nuts and mix well

  • Step 4

    Shape the mixture into round ladoos

  • Step 5

    Ladoos are ready to serve
